Move In Out Cleaning Calgary: Comprehensive Services

 Our move-in and move-out cleaning services have different hourly rates. Move-in cleaning generally requires extra attention to detail and a deeper level of cleaning to prepare the home for its new occupants.

Our current rates are:

• Move-out cleaning: $50 per cleaner, per hour
• Move-in cleaning: $55 per cleaner, per hour

Cleaning time depends on the size and condition of the property, the service requested, and the number of cleaners. Two cleaners working for three hours equals six labour hours.  

We can provide an approximate cleaning time based on the size of the property, the number of bathrooms, and other details. However, the actual time may vary depending on the condition of each home.

Yes.  We can often provide a residential estimate using photos and basic information. Commercial properties usually require an on-site walkthrough for accurate pricing. 

Yes. We provide standard eco-friendly cleaning products and professional equipment. Commercial grade vacuum and steam cleaner is included in the price. Specialized services or equipment may cost extra. 

 We recommend booking your cleaning service as soon as your moving date is confirmed. Many people move around the same times of the month, especially during peak seasons, so finding a reliable cleaning service on short notice can be difficult.
